The terms, in plain words.

1. Who we are

Charlen Nexus is a brand of Squeeze Bounce Consulting Inc., a company registered in Canada. When you buy a membership, your agreement is with Squeeze Bounce Consulting Inc., the legal operator. Charlen Nexus is a guided group-learning community. It does not provide private coaching or done-for-you development, and submitting a project to a Nexus Clinic does not guarantee that it will be reviewed.

2. What membership includes

Charlen Nexus membership gives you one year of access to the Charlen Nexus community on Skool; weekly group sessions with the founder in a typical monthly cycle of two curriculum-led builds, one Nexus Clinic and one Nexus Showcase; recordings of sessions that were recorded; AI Build Basics; the Nexus Vault of prompts, templates and Build Kits; and the Income Lab, practical guidance on packaging, pricing and testing offers.

Membership is not a done-for-you service. Members build their own projects. Nothing in membership includes one-to-one coaching, unlimited access to the founder, same-day responses, or guaranteed individual reviews.

3. Payment

The full membership price is US$997 per year. Founding members pay the founding price of US$500 per year and keep that price at each renewal for as long as their membership stays active without a break. The founding price is offered at our discretion and may be withdrawn for new members at any time; members who joined earlier are not affected. Prices are in US dollars. Any tax that applies is shown at checkout. Membership is paid upfront by card through Stripe. There is no payment plan. Access begins once payment is complete and your request to join the community group has been approved, which we do within 24 hours. Join with the same email you used at checkout.

4. Refund policy

Charlen Nexus is a digital membership and community. Because access to the community, digital resources, live sessions, and replays is provided after purchase, all payments are final and non-refundable once access has been granted. Please review the membership details carefully before purchasing.

5. Renewal

Membership is a yearly subscription. It renews automatically on your renewal date at the price you joined at (US$500 for founding members) unless you cancel before that date. If the renewal price changes, we email you before you are charged. Cancel any time at the manage membership page or by emailing hello@charlennexus.com. Cancelling stops the next renewal; your access continues to the end of the year you paid for.

6. No guarantees

Charlen Nexus provides guidance, live sessions, resources, and a community. It does not guarantee income, sales, clients, or any particular result. Your results depend on the problem you choose, the people you reach, and the work you put in.

7. What you build is yours

You own the products, services, and systems you create during membership. Toolbox materials, templates, recordings, and lesson content remain the property of Squeeze Bounce Consulting Inc. and are licensed to you for your own use. They may not be resold, shared outside the community, or repackaged as a course.

8. Building responsibly

You agree to work only from knowledge and materials you have the right to use. Employer documents, client confidential information, patient information, and other protected material must not be brought into your builds or shared in the community. Nothing built in Charlen Nexus replaces professional, clinical, legal, or financial judgment.

9. Community conduct

The community is a working room. Feedback is reciprocal: members comment on others’ builds before asking about their own, and requests for feedback go in the feedback thread, not as standalone posts. Members treat others with respect. Membership may be ended without refund for harassment, sharing of paid materials, or repeated disruption.

10. Recordings

Live sessions are recorded and made available as replays to members. By joining a live session you consent to being recorded.

11. Privacy

We collect your name, email address, and the information you choose to share in the community and in any questionnaire. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see your full card details. We use your information to run your membership, send you session notices and replays, and improve the program. We do not sell it. You can ask to see or delete your information by emailing the address on your receipt. Our community platform has its own privacy policy that applies to how it stores your data.

12. Member referrals

Active members may refer new members. When a new member pays for a founding membership and names you in the “Referred by” field at checkout, you earn a referral payment of US$250 (50% of the US$500 founding price). The referred member must be new to Charlen Nexus and must not be you. We pay within 30 days of the new member’s first payment, by the method we agree with you. One payment per new member; renewals do not earn a further payment. Referral payments are not earned if the new member’s payment fails, is reversed or is refunded, or if your own membership has lapsed. There are no downlines, no commissions on anyone your referral refers, and no requirement to refer anyone. We may change or end the programme for future referrals with notice inside the community; payments already earned are honoured. Referral income is yours to declare where taxes apply.

13. Changes

We may update these terms as the program develops. The version shown on this page at the time of your purchase is the one that applies to that purchase.
